Tests were done in 1992, 1994, 1997, and February, 2002. Overall Ratings for each of those tests are shown below.

DOMINATION: It’s the radar range, folks.
In C/D’s latest radar detector test, V1 earned a perfect score in four of the six test categories, and outscored all others in yet another category. Notice the score on radar range (Sensitivity), 61 percent higher than second-best Passport 8500, and nearly double that of third-place BEL.

PERFORMANCE: The others just don’t get it.
Isn’t radar performance the whole point of a detector? Funny, but it’s also the category in which the others fall farthest behind.
