Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. When you access and use the App, it may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App and data regarding the Valentine One Generation 2 device linked to the App.
  • Location Information. This App collects real-time information about the location of your device, only when the eSAVVY feature is enabled, which is used to determine vehicle speed.
  • Device Serial Number. This App collects the serial number of the device for use when upgrading the device firmware. The serial number may be stored on our server.

Opt-Out

If you do not want the App to collect this information, do not download the App or delete it from your device. If you do not want the App to collect and use your location information, do not enable (or disable) the eSAVVY feature. By enabling the eSAVVY feature, you consent to our collection of location data. If you do not want the App to collect and use your serial number, do not use the upgrade feature and disable the ‘Automatically Check’ upgrade setting.
