What to do if you lose power during a V1 Gen2 over the air upgrade
If the display on your V1 Gen2™ is alerting or showing a logic mode, open V1connection, the app and connect to your V1 Gen2. Follow the prompts to complete the interrupted upgrade.
If the display on your V1 Gen2 is not alerting or showing a logic mode, it may be trying to recover from the interrupted upgrade. During firmware recovery, the V1 Gen2 display will have random indicators turned on and it will be unresponsive to any button presses. The recovery process can take up to 15 minutes, during which time the V1 Gen2 will appear to be unresponsive. Leave it powered on and wait for it to reboot. Once it reboots, open V1connection, the app, connect to your V1 Gen2 and follow the prompts to complete the interrupted upgrade. If the V1 Gen2 does not reboot in 15 minutes, remove and reapply power ONE TIME, and wait another 15 minutes. If the V1 Gen2 does not reboot after the second attempt, contact our service department.
