About six years ago I purchased a V1 and it worked better than I ever expected, but within the last few years it would constantly sound alerts. It got to the point of being annoying, so I just parked it, put it away for about a year.
Last month I sent it in for an upgrade; now it’s just amazing! It’s quiet. I can now drive in peace, and when it does alert it gets my full attention. My old V1 is back!
It’s nice to know that a company supports its product 100% and wants to make sure the customers are satisfied. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, MR. Valentine!
