I loaned my V1 to my friend Evis who wanted to drive from our town, Tallahassee, Florida, to Orlando. He was driving on east-bound I-10 at well over the posted limit and a west-bound Trooper’s radar locked on to him. The area around Madison, Fl, is infamous for its speed traps. Evis was quite happy to have been warned by V1 in time and slowed somewhat from his excessive speed. Little did he know that the Florida Highway trooper realized that a car that was traveling at about 90 mph suddenly dropped its speed to the posted 70 mph, but was not sure which one it was. So he dives into the grassy median and enters the east-bound I-10. A few miles later he pulls over a dumbfounded Evis after pacing him for a while and cites him for exceeding the speed limit.
V1 did its job but Evis didn’t.
